Jeni Cropper
A highly experienced communications professional, who has provided and managed media communications, brand and image profiles for national and international PLCs. Her strengths are in ability for both clients and journalists to trust the information presented, and to form lasting and respected partnerships.
Jeni has built up a formidable CV having worked as PR Manager for ASDA, Advertising Controller for adidas, International PR Manager for The Woolmark Company, Head of Marketing for Crombie and Account Director for Vauxhall. Working in diverse environments has resulted in a wide knowledge of marketing disciplines across the impressive brand portfolio, and her extensive experience and expertise quickly recognises objectives - speedily, accurately and effectively using the appropriate tools to lift sales and profile.
She has a regular Column in Beyond Leeds | Occasional column in the Yorkshire Post |Occasional Business column in Wharfedale Newspapers.
Having run JCA for nearly 7 years, Jeni applies her extensive experience to any sector - as she firmly believes that PR & Marketing skills follow the same rules whatever the product or service.
Ruth Badley
Ruth Badley was a senior journalist with Yorkshire Post newspapers for 12 years and has an instinctive understanding of the modern media and how to approach them.
Ruth has placed a number of articles in sought after national titles including the Daily Telegraph, Financial Times, The Times, the Daily Mail, BBC online and regularly in the Yorkshire Post and other regional newspapers as well as consumer, business, trade magazines and – importantly, websites. Increasingly, online coverage can help clients to achieve international reach, to raise their profile to new audiences and to take up new business opportunities
Since moving into the public relations sector in early 2006 Ruth has led successful PR campaigns for clients in the consumer, hospitality, destination marketing, health, education, property, legal and business sectors. Ruth is also a freelance writer and has contributed a range of articles to regional consumer magazines and business, education and technical journals.
